How long will it take to get my order?

We use CourierPost for the majority of our deliveries and they operate on a overnight service with the exception of rural delivery addresses and on products shipped to the South Island. For general item orders received before 2:30pm, Monday to Thursday, our commitment is to dispatch your order that same day. Orders received after 2:30pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders received between 2:30pm Thursday and 2:30pm Friday will be dispatched on Friday but you may not see delivery of them until Monday.

For general item orders received after 2:30pm on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday.

For some of our bulkier products we can’t use CourierPost and use a number of different providers depending on the product and your location. Due to the nature of these products please note that delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-5 days from when we dispatch.

Dispatch & Shipping Times:

• Overnight delivery for items within the North Island when ordered before 2:30pm Monday-Thursday.
• 2-3 day delivery for items within the South Island when ordered before 2:30pm Monday-Thursday.
• Next business day dispatch for orders placed after 2:30pm or on weekends. Next business day delivery following dispatch for general items, 3-5 business days for rural delivery and/or bulky.
• 3-5 Business days rural delivery
• 3-5 Business days bulky items

Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.
